Hello sir, i made a website for a travel company client 2-3 years before, the travel company made a fraud with his client, i mean they sold some package to one of customer from pune and they not delivered the package and escape.
customer from pune, so he filed complain, now the police called me for investigation bcz i made the website, now i am getting worried bcz pune police told me that you are also involved in this and we can arrest you as well...its very difficult to go pune every time, i m just a simple person who earning some amount money to live and manage life in delhi.
so plz help me, i just made website not involve in this fraud, the travel company has done fraud, so why i m getting call from police, plz help me i worried it can spoil my career.

Write the details of the agreement between U and the travel company at nthe time of creating the website.

i haven't made any agreement...i m just freelancer not known about this agreement work before...i have seen many designer like me not making any agreement...and i haven't any idea that this thing can happen in future...

Every cyber related work or a transaction will have the page relating to the terms and conditions,still U are trying to prove innocent and mislead the experts.I feel the author is not comming with the correct facts.If he is not revealing the truth then I feel he is trying to investigate an escape route with the advice of the experts.

actually most of the web designer using uniform terms and condition formate for every web site.. just like as copy and paste from earlier works.

if you did not charge money from the traveller, no offence of cheating made out against you. No cyber case also appears against you. Do not worry.
It is advisable that you write every thing on a paper which police asked to you at pune and you answered. You also write that how and when you came in touch of the site owners and what was correspondence between you with them.
Collect all the phone numbers, mail id, bank id, address of the site owner as available with you.
Compile and take print out of all emails between you and the site owner.
Post this bunch to police station Pune and to the SP of Pune with registered post.
