Could i get information of an employee about his post, salary & nominees of a Limited company under RTI ACT 2005.
I mean to ask that is a LIMITED COMPANY comes under RTI ACT?
If yes then which kind of LIMITED COMPANY.

Is your limited company a Government company?

Dear experts I am working in a Limited company & my company received a latter from my father in law , he is asking my post , salary details, salaried account details , nominee's details under RTI Act.
Kindly plz advise me , is my Limited company is bound to provide such information under RTI ACT

The limited company (private company) is not coming under the purview of RTI act.
