Hi,

We stay in Gujarat(City : Junagadh). We are staying in rented house from last 28 Years. Our rent is only 350 rs. per month. We have rent receipt of 28 years. Now our land lord is asking us to leave the house which we can not do. Please answer that Do we have any rights on this house as we are staying here from last 28 years? Can we file a case? Please answer.

Thanks for reply. We will not vacate the place. But are there chances that court order us to leave without giving any compensation or any other right on house? For full descriptive law what should I refer to? Any link suggestion?
