T.P.Prathima (Querist) 20 March 2012
sir what are the consequences of using the words GIFT SETTLEMENT DEED instead of GIFT DEED
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 20 March 2012
A person is at full risk if he uses the words which are not recognized by law. We are only lawyers and have legal knowledge but if a person is adamant to use illegal means or actions, nothing can be opined by us within our reach.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 20 March 2012

Dear Mr. Sainath Devalla,

Suppose one only writes as "GIFT DEED", but does not mention the details as mentioned by you in the Heading, will it in any way affect?

Does the list provided by you in any way change the character of the "GIFT" per se?

If not, what is the great purpose of enumerating such list?

Of what real use your list to the querist?
