Sir/Madam
I seek your legal advice on a issue due to which there has been loss of respect,loss of health and financial loss too.
Actually the thing is that in april 2010 i came across a girl.The girl first did friendship with me then made a relation promising me that she will marry me.Our relation has been working for last one year.In the mean time she and her family took a lomesome money from us. Now when the question of marriage arrived,she denies that she doesn't want to marry me.I also came to about her extra affairs with other boys.And then i came to know that her complete family is involved in this kind of task.
I REQUEST THE LEGAL ADVISOR'S TO PLEASE GUIDE ME THAT HOW CAN I FILE A LEGAL COMPLAINT.

I think you should forget the incident. But if you apprehend that the girl may play foul in future, then it is better to send a notice to her inviting her to marry you. I am sure that she will not be ready. The notice may help you in future.

I also came to know that she has sent some partial naked photos to another boy via e-mail. and i have been able to manage the photos. Now what should i do,i want to punish the whole family legally. What should i do?
