We have bought a property under Thane District and its on me & my husbands name.
Which is also registered.
Now need to remove his name from the property with his wish offcourse, what is the procedure for the same, and how will this effect our home loan which is also in both of our names

Your husband should execute a Settlement Deed in your name relinquishing his share in your favour and get it registered citing the bank loan in the Deed. You may inform the bank about the change of ownership.
Further pls help me know whether this will affect our home loan, as it is in both of our name & already been approved by bank , and i individually might not be eligible for that much amount.
Also pls note we have note taken any disbursement as of today as the builder have not raised any demand letter till today
And do i have to get the release deed Notary or where do i get it registered.
