sir my mother has property in mumbai today she is no more but still her name is on property card my brother made release deed and registered that i renounces the claim over the property now i want my share so what to do please advice

Did you sign the release deed? If so you have to compromise with your brother for your share.

Agreeing to the expert it is submitted that if you have signed the deed, you lose all rights as the release deed is registered. For cancellation of the registered deed, you need a decree of the court...

you have not mentioned whether you have signed the relinquishment deed . if you have relinquished your rights and document is duly regd you have no rights on said property
