Dear Sir, Self Acquired Property belongs to A,B both are died they have only one son C alive he has 3 sons respectively 1,2,3, Now C,1,3,give Release deed in of favour 2 under the consideration Amount ..This Release Deed is Valid ??

Yes. C, 1 and 3 execute release deed in favour of 2 for a consideration as they mutually agreed and it is valid.
