My father is intending to get release deed from his sisters ,to the extent of land they are entitled as per the district court. But the suit is still pending in high court(my grand father had two wives, daughters of that wife are fighting with us). Is it possible to get the release deed registered during the pendency of suit. If possoble Please tell us the procedure to get it registered in sub registrar office.

During the pendency of suit all or any of the warring parties can make out of court settlement. It is very much permissible.
Get a deed of relinquishment deed executed and registered in local registration office.

Yes it is possible to get the release deed registered during the pendency of suit. For the procedure to get it registered in sub registrar office is to engage a local lawyer, get the deed drafted and registered.

If the property share of sisters are under dispute and is the same is the subject matter of the high court appeal, the sister can not relinquish her share.

it is advisable for your father to wait till appeal is disposed of by HC . let the HC determine share which sisters would be entitled to . then only release deed should be executed by the sisters

Well advised by the experts, wait till the matter is decided by the high court.

Getting a released deed executed on your father's name to the extent of their share in the undivided property is valid, provided it is reliably believed that they do have a legal right of share in the property.
