Dear Experts,
A person taken a loan of Rs.3,00,00/ With 'A' by executing Regd. simple mortgage deed and paid the amount .as per the Deed the person has to pay interest for every month. but the entire amount paid by the person as per the deed,but no receipt is there.. But 'A' is not coming for release the Regd.Deed. how can the person to get release deed from 'A' through process of the court.kindly advice.

Send legal notice mentioning that you have paid your liability with interest, nothing is left to be paid and to release the mortgaged property immediately. If not released file a case in court.

How the amount was paid, by cheque or in cash?

By cheque means, your side shall have some strength.

If there is no receipt then such person can socially be enforced to accept the payment otherwise legally there is no way to get its receipt.
