Dear sir, A was arrestted in crime case u/s 420 IPC regarding money trasaction between ladies
B filed a case with the support of local police
During the course of investigation
police seized documents from the house of Aut lower court A applied for release of his house(own house) documents but court rejected his application tillfinal report from the police
A again approched sessions court for release of document after lapse of 7 months, But PP objected for release of documents due to limitation
For release of documents pertaining to his own house Is there any time limitation for release of documents

Why the house paper is seized? If it is the matter of any forgery then it would not be released before final verdict.

Whether A is the absolute owner of the property or Others interest are also involved

Without going through all the documents and case file nothing can be advised. If the documents were seized in forgery relating to the house, the documents would be released after finalization of the case.
