Relevancy of judgment down loaded from official website of hc and sc

Sir What is the solution if any judge of lower court deny to consider, judgment downloaded from official website of HC and SC. Is there any law or guidance in this respect.

Generally court does consider it , but definitely there is no guideline as yet.

well if the judge has any problem taking into account judgement downlaoded from offical webiste of Hc and Sc take ana djournment and next time produce copy of the judgement from AIR /SCC etc

you can note down the particulars of the same from the internet and then take it from the books or from the softwares of many companies. you can also file the same by self attenstting the internet copy of the judgment downloaded.

The court is accepting the citations taken from the website.
Because they trust the counsels.

This problem comes in all the courts. It is not the problem of not accepting , they accept even copies from journals but what problem is the acceptance of relevancy for the case in hand.
When a court declares that it does not accept your view point about the judgement you have no remedy except to go in revision.

Sir really it is humiliating specially when the counsel is filing affidavit that it has been downloaded from official web site of SC.
