Sir
What is the solution if any judge of lower court deny to consider, judgment downloaded from official website of HC and SC. Is there any law or guidance in this respect.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 18 September 2011

well if the judge has any problem taking into account judgement downlaoded from offical webiste of Hc and Sc take ana djournment and next time produce copy of the judgement from AIR /SCC etc
Guest (Expert) 18 September 2011
you can note down the particulars of the same from the internet and then take it from the books or from the softwares of many companies. you can also file the same by self attenstting the internet copy of the judgment downloaded.

Dear Arvind
I am surprised after reading post. I feel that the court would consider only certify copy. So get it.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 18 September 2011
I do agree with experts.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 18 September 2011
The court is accepting the citations taken from the website.

Because they trust the counsels.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 18 September 2011
we do not face this trouble, all still give hard copies.
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 18 September 2011
This problem comes in all the courts. It is not the problem of not accepting , they accept even copies from journals but what problem is the acceptance of relevancy for the case in hand.

When a court declares that it does not accept your view point about the judgement you have no remedy except to go in revision.
Arvind Singh Chauhan (Querist) 18 September 2011
Sir really it is humiliating specially when the counsel is filing affidavit that it has been downloaded from official web site of SC.

Another hand SC has started e filing process.

Any way thanks to all for the quick reply.
