I want to accept islam . What is the legal procedure to do this

Contact the local Qazi of the city where you live for detailed procedure. The Muslim follow the personal law for all civil matters concerning their life style and family related issues. The non-Muslim person will require to change the name by Gazette notification as well news paper publications of change of name for official purposes. The non-Muslim man converting will be required to under go circumcision the surgery that General Surgeon can perform for which contact local Surgeon of your city. The conversion to Muslim religion will require study of Muslim Holy Scriptures, namely Holy Quran that you can buy from market or get free of cost from Muslim Organisation with help of Muslim Scholars who can guide you best for all religious issues.
