Religious flag in a society

Are there any restriction to hoist religious flag temporarily in a society premises for a private individual function? Can an individual flat member of any community raise any objection? Is there a need to take NOC from society or builder? pls guide.

There cannot be any objection so long as such display is innocent and there is no intention hurt other's feelings or disturb peace in the society.

We are secular and individually free to practice any religion is the law so unless bylaws of society provides a rule to regulate this aspect,you need no body permission.

you need society permission if you are holding any function in the society grounds

inform the secretary in writing that you propose to hold a function in the society premises and that you shall be hosting religious flag in society for said function .

You have every right to hoist religious flag in your private function without getting NOC from society.
