Can a relinquishment deed be terminated?

If it is a revocable one it can be terminated/cancelled later.

subject to specific terms and conditions of the said deed it can be terminated provided the said terms and conditions are not complied with by the opposite party.

Relinquishment cannot be conditional and hence cannot be cancelled on a latter date.

If relinquishment deed executed under coercion, threat or due to fraud, it may be challenged in a court of law and if the court so orders, relinquishment deed may be canceled at the Sub-Registrar's office.
