I'm working in a company in Chennai, the company after 1 year is now shifting to Gurgaon which is comparatively costly. There were no terms mentioned in the Offer Letter. So now Am I entitled for relocation benefits ( Hike in salary)? if yes on what in what grounds ?

There is nothing for law in this matter. It is for you to negotiate and find out from your Company whether they offer any such hike in salary etc. If they say they don't or if they say 'yes', but still if you consider that the hike is not to your liking, then you can take a call whether to continue in the company or to seek your avenues elsewhere. To say the least, it is purely between you and the company.

I agree with the experts. But company is bound to pay the minimum wages fixed for the place.

If you are indispensable for the company, the company will offer you additional benefits.
If they feel otherwise, they wont offer any extra money to you, you should understand the mood of the company and take decision.
