Any tweet on caste of people without pointing at any individual is a legitimate or not?

Each and every item utterer by every tom, dick and harry cannot be construed as defamatory and particularly against any person or community.

Consider this: If one says that "who has a blood colour other than red is better" all that it means is that there is no one better than the other so long as everybody's blood is red. In other words, so long as every body's blood (whether muslims or hindus) is red every one is equal and there is no question of anybody being good, better or best!

It is better we may avoid these types of communal queries.

It is always better to avoid such queries.

Question arises, what was your intention and motive to make such a tweet, "Which is better Muslim in US or a Muslim in India," when you are not a Muslim. May be in India or in USA that has no relevance unless you post the purpose and mptive of your tweet.

Any such controversial question can get varied response from the readers. In fact, not being a Muslim, you have tried to start inflamatory discussions on the issue, which is not related to you in any way, even remotely.

Further, what is the basis of your interprettion of that reply? Can you clarify the following points:

- Is your blood not red or there are human beings, whose blood is not red?

- Has the respondent used insulting words aiming at you?

- Have not you tweeted just to get insulting remarks against Muslims, when you do not belong to Muslim community?

Baat ka batangad banaane ki koshish mat karo. However, if you are so litigation saavy, you can sue him on any lame excuse.

Though we speak out equality the ill treatment to the minor communities still goes on and the Reservation should go on for at least another 60 years. Those who speak about equality will not accept inter caste marriage in their own family

Ms. Mehar,

The original query of the querist was about his tweet about "Which is better Muslim in US or a Muslim in India," while he has now modified that drastically to revise, as "Any tweet on caste of people without pointing at any individual is a legitimate or not?" But he forgets that my reply was on his orignal query and I reproduced that specific part of his query in my reply.

The irony is, he has not yet replied my question about his own intentions even after 5 days of my asking. Rather, he preferred to change the nature of his query in totality.

So, now he has come to the issue of reservations. You can very well understand, even his modified query in its present form is absurd.

In fact only such type of persons, like author of this query, as root cause, are responsible for communal or caste disharmony, otherwise nobody tries to know or identify who belongs to which community or caste.

He did not use his commonsense even when he tried to change the nature of his query. You can even now see the title of his query remains the same about Muslims, which is still "Remark against muslim." SO WE NNED TO BE CAUTIOUS AND SHOULD NOT BECOME EMOTIONAL ON THE QUERIES OF SUCH MISLEADING PEOPLE, WHO JUST TRY ACT AS ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM AND TRY TO MISLEAD THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS ALSO JUST FOR THEIR FUN SAKE.
