I have to put some refrence judgements in the case. A lady was removed from her service on the basis of absent. Where as she was pregnent during her adsence from her job.
Plz give some refrence cases in favour of that lady.

Your information is stil quite insufficient. Can you please clarify:
1) How you are related with the case, as a territory manager, whether with the lady or with the company?
2) What do you mean by absent? Was she not ont on on regularly sanctioned maternity leave by the management of the company?
3) Did she formally intimate the employer about her being pregnant before she was terminated?
4) Was the lady terminated during her maternity leave on account of her pregnancy?
5) If you "have to put some refrence judgements in the case" what the concerned lawyer is supposed to do in the case?

during pregnancy period no wise employer would terminate a person, if done he is likely liable to pay damages for mental agony that would affect the child too.avoid terminating during pregnancy, that is a safe course.
