Please guide us after expiry how much time we can renewal the rent agreement

why renewal . enter into fresh agreement if many days have passed . or back date the agreement

Renewal is possible only if there is such renewal clause,
Else any subsequent agreement would be a fresh agreement on fresh terms and conditions.

yes.. fresh agreement is best option., or if both parties ready mean its can be renewed at any time.
