I have a rented house. i am staying this house minimum 35 years. before a years ago the house owner says that immediatly vacant the house. for this reasons i am submitted rent per month in the rent control via agent but agent submitted 8 months rent. last four month rent not submitted in the rent control office. now my house owner force me to vacant the house. i am not understand what i am doing now.
so please suggest me

1. deposit last 4 months rent also in court.
2. also take stay order from concerned court so that ur not forcibly dispossessed from rented premises.

sir i am talk to one advocate but he tell me, the court is not accept pending rent so the pending rent sending to land lord through money order .if land lord refuse to take rent then newly apply rent control authority to submit the rent permission.
I am Very worried about this matter.
Please tell me where i am submitting the pending rent?
