MAINTENANCE CHARGES CHARGES HAS PAID UNDER ONE TIME MAINTENANCE SCHEME BY BUILDER)RENTAL INCOME COMES UNDER 30% OF TAX SLAB.HOW I CAN REDUCE MY TAX LIABILITY BY ADJUSTING THE MAINTENANCE CHARGES FROM MY TOTAL INCOME.
