i have five shops on rent of same trust of wakf board.can trust ask for to give possesion of one shop back

It has not been mentioned by you that whether you have executed Rent Note or Lease Deed in favour of Landlord/Trust or not and if executed,then Trust can not ask possession before agreed period expires unless you breach the terms and conditions of Rent Note or Lease Deed.

respected sir,i am having 5 shops in one and the same trust of wakf board.in rent karar between me trustee on rs.100 stamp no time period is mentioned.i pay them rent of all 5 shop regularly.now before 5 months trustee asks me to give them back one shop as they i mean trust need to make mosque over their.can they ask for this.if their is legal matter,how you feel to be result,are they right in legal way

Yes,If Trust needs one shop to build mosque over that,Trust can ask to you to vacate the same as there exists a bonafide need which is a legal ground for eviction.

respected sir,one of trustee among seven guide me to pay rent for ten years in advance and he only signs in reciept when we pay rent in past also,then nobody i mean rest 6 trustee (there is dispute between trustee no.1 and allrest 6 trustee)can ask me for shop possecion.is it is fair in legal way.guide me sir if any otherway to save my shop.thanking you by heart
