Respected Sirs,
One of my tenant got stay order on 10.04.2013 mentioning that the building owner should not disturb him until he vacate him by law. What is the validity period of the stay?.
I filed RCOP against the tenant on 10.08.2012 and still it is going on.
Meanwhile I removed his materials by force from the place which is not rented to him. So, he give complaint to police with false statement and they make FIR against me. The case still going on.
Please let me know how can I vacate this man and how can I compensated for this stressful situation created by this tenant.

A landlord cannot evict his tenant forcefully. In every case eviction suit is requiredas per law of state read with Transfer of Property Act..
