Rental agreement - reg

we have entered a rental agreement worth of Rs 500000 ( five lahks) for 11 months.

we have used Rs20 stamp paper. Is it valid or should the stampe paper value increses?

If yes means how much?

No problem. if dispute arises the court procedure and the marking of the rental agreement is complicated one. ake sure no dispute arised till 11 months

Yes. No disputes here. Just for making an agreement the stamp duty is not an issue. If you want registered the same mean you have to pay proper stamp duty. And your agreement for 11 months. Then its not mandatory to registered the same.
