I am residing In a Rental House in Rangareddy(Hyderabad) Dist. For the past 3 years I am leaving in this home. Intnitial I am paying Rs. 4000/- I have given advance of Rs. 8000/-and every year he is increasing Rs. 500/- Before entering home he said I will make an agreement so that it was very easy to both of us. But he didn't made any thing. every summer I am facing water problem there is no ground water. I am purchasing water from outside every week. Now I decided to vacate my house I have informed him 10 days back. Now I am shifting my house. Now My owner is refusing to give advance back and forcing me to pay this month rent.
without water How can I leave here.

Yes,before vacating the rented house,serve a legal notice to your landlord and demand the advance money Rs 8000/-paid by you to him.

no written leave and licence agreement has been entered into regarding your house better leave the house after issue of notice to landlord that you shall be vacating the house at end of month and to refund your advance money

In the circumstances you are a tenant month to month,hence one month notice was required to be served,issue the same claiming refund of advance.You ae liable to pay all rents' due up to this notice.

pl advise me. My cousin got married in the year 2012. at the time he was working in asst-professer in private engineering college in hyderabad. after 1 year compleetion their marriage life she went to her parents home and didn't came back. my uncle and aunty went to their home and requested to her come back. but she refused their request. And they approached to women's welfare my cousin went to cousiling three times. but the girl has not come. Now they(girl Side) sent a mediater and demanding 25 lakhs to give diverse. My cousin is not having that much money to give. now he is jobless becuase of his wife's behaviour. Now he is planning to go abroad. suggest me what to do? Rq to give me your valuable advise
