Sir,
What action should I do next. I have issued him a self-written notice (drafted by lawyer) in the month of july-2012 to vacate the premises by november 2012 as the agreement comes to an end. But he is not replying and not committing any date.
Should I give a police complaint first? (or) what should be next step i should proceed in these circumstances.

Regards,
Ramesh

Dear Mr. Ramesh,
Nobody in this forum will be in a position to give an appropriate answer to your query for the following reasons:.
1. Nobody knows as to what is the real contents of the rental agreement.
2. Nobody really knows about the contents of your legal notice.
