Sir,
A matter related to demolition was heard before Municipal corporation Commissioner and after completion of hearing i.e.after sufficient long time,(respondent used to seek adjournments all the times, my repeated objection) the matter was posted by the chair for final order with remark POSTED FOR FINAL ORDER. Now it is learnt that it has been reopened and respondent is being heard again. Can it be done so under the law? Because he wants to prolong the matter.I am complainant What remedy I have to expedite. I will be obliged for reply.
