Repayment of amount

Sir my husband V.ANANDA KRISHNAN built a house at pondicherry at 25A PLOT at Reddiarpalayam till roof stage spent around Rs.5 Lacs.

But my husband have to built 21 plot but as per PPA guider and engineer my husband have made mistake as per above subject

Now shall my husband claim the above amount but now he has gone to correct plot for construction at next sec while realizing his mistake

Any reference for case can be given and also ur suggestions to overcome the situtaion

It shall be better if your husband post his own problem instead of you as no sense could be derived out of your posting.
