Replay time to the legal notice?

"within 15 days from the date of receipt of this legal notice " , here notice dated on 29.10.2012 , i received the notice on date 8.11.2012. now when i will replay to that notice through advocate . means up to what date i can replay ?

it should be replied wihthin 15 days from date of receipt of notice ie by 23rd november 2012 . even if there is some delay in replying to notice it dosent matter . but you must reply

Yes,notice should be replied up to 23rd november 2012.

Within the 15 days from the date of receiving the notice that is still 23 nov.
