Dear sir,
As my lawer says no need to present compromise u/s 24 (maintanance aske by wife )with divorce-HMA.
we have presented compromise u/s 498A&406,125 crpc and 13B.
-Then why not for u/s24,should it not be presented for safer side.
-u/s 125 crpc, why my lawer has not mentioned the word"for life" towards lumpsum maintanance/alimony mentioned in sec 125 crpc and 13B.for clearity.
pls advise.

The compromise petition needs to be seen. If the main matrimonial case is pending there is no need for separate compromise petition for petition u/s 24 HMA.

lumpsum includes for life and compromise in section 13 B petition is also for application pending under section 24 HMA and no separate compromise is required for that. Do not be shukky and believe in your lwyer. He is performing his job very well.

Dear all,
Thanks a lot.
I have following conclusion/mening:
-No separate compromise petition reqd u/s 24 (maintanance claimed by wife) as petition sec 13 B is presented.
-The word"Lumpsum" includes the word"For Life" in itself.
Am I right sir.
