Reply to notice u/s 65/67 3(1)b

I got a notice from Muncipal Council Nabha Punjab U/s 65/67, 3(1)(B) Of Punjab Muncial Act 1911 due to amendment Act F 1994 for imposing tax.While imposing tax muncipal Council also include the area used by Public as (Road) .Munciapal Council also estimated market value more as compared to nearby area.This market is failed market. I want to file reply to this notice.Please guide me what shall I do know

Take the help of a civil engineer or approved evaluator to get the market value certified and represent to the municipality in response to its notice attaching a copy of that certificate.

Yes !You should engage an approved government valuer and after getting survey of property and area obtain his report and thereby challenge the valuation of Munciapal Council by an objection.
