Sir,
In proceeding of 128 Cr.P.C., O.P filed receipt of Money Order of Post office, that he has sent the money to his wife through Money Order.
I put the remark in left of order sheet " On the basis of paper produced by O.P, no amount is pending now". And file was closed.
Later on I came to know that lady has not received the amount and O.P has intentionally send M.O to wrong address that it may return to him.
What stern step should I take against that person. .?
Whether he is also duty bound to inform to court, if amount/ M.O returns to him. ?

pray to court to direct that person to send
MO at right address.

send the accused legal notice that no payment received till date . hthat you have deliberately sent MO at wrong address . request him to make payment within 7 days

Thanks Nanda Sir and Sethi Sir! I think I have only remedy as suggested by Sethi Sir because the file has been closed and gone to record room. Thanks a lot to you both.
