sir,
what are the normal reuirements , documents to file a divorce case ?
regarding marriage, is one clear marriage photo showing two faces of wife and husband is enough sir?
or have to submit to court many photos at filing stage sir?
i gave 1 colour photo and original marriage certificate, are enough sir?
1 photo is enough sir?

sir i gave to my advocatw 1 wedding photo, my advocate is telling 1 photo is not enough.
all photos and video cd is with my wife, we seperated from 4 years, now i have only 1 wedding photo sir, is it enough or not sir?
i gave 1 original residence certificate, original marriage certificate ,
10 days completed, not yet filed in court sir.

wedding invitation , one photo , ratin card and notice is engough. if any evidences are to be palced for divorce then the relevant documents showing that . that is al what is required . your marriage certifcate is strong proof of your marriage. but photo ios a must to show that she is only the one whom u r married to. and on what basis is he filing i mean the ground for divorce is important to frame the case. please give uis the correct facts we can guide you in the process

I think marriage certificate, photographs, residence proof should be enough besides notice copy. your advocate might be busy in other matters. Hope he will file it shortly.

sir,
ours is love marriage in 2006, without dowry.
after 1 month of marriage she (my wife) left me and went to her parents home . after 9 months male child born. upto today she is with her parents . in 2010 after mediator talks she is ready for divorce and demanding 3 laks as maintanance. but iam a small private employee iam not able to give 3 lakhs. finally iam ready to arrange 1.5 lakh.
but she not accepted. recently she got government job. now i decided to file divorce case sir,
please guide me sirin court under desertion ground
