I have seen one resale property in g+3 building navi mumbai nerul.it's 12.5 % property and 15 year old building
(100 mt plot). all papers are clear.

I want to know that if it goes for redevlopment how much floors are possible

1. You need to meet a developer for getting such information. These are local laws and therefore they are best known to those who have deal with them.

Meet local Municipality with a sketch plan They can only tell this information.
Lawyers are not supposed to know the FAR of a building.
