on what basis reservation system is present in India , is it only because of lack of representation of caste , conditions in the past or something else and on what basis reservation is given to a person of backward caste even if he is economically good.
plzz explain in detail

Initially the intention in reservations had been the upliftment of the downtroden people of the society of India after independence and introduction of Constitution of India to appropriately introduce that to bring social equality among different classes of the society.
Exceptions are always there when some affluent people also become eligible for the benefits meant for have-nots.

Although we are not supposed to reply any academic query without mention of any personal problem of the querist, but still I replied your query.
Now you have posed another academic query in the shape of a supplementary question about "the reasons given by supreme court for not including creamy layer concept for sc and st...," which is even a quite contradictory to your original question. Please bear in mind, it is not a classroom for students to ask any query of academic nature. These pages are meant to solve personal problems of the querists only.
The reason why Supreme Court ordered not to include the creamy layer can be elucidated only by the autorised spokesman of the SC. So, instead of posing mere academic queries without specifying any of your personal problems, better use RTI to get authentic information by applying to the CPIO of the SC.

only if i have asked d question in a academic way dosn't mean that it is not personal problem.if a personal of general category asks me if u are much more economically sound than me and u also taking benefits of reservation , then what should i have to say him..

From the laguage used in your post, it reveals as if you think that you have the right to extract repleies and the experts are bound to give reply to your query in whtever manner you post, but without specifying any problem, that too even when your earlier queries are contradicting ech of your own queries.
When you are not sure what actually you want to know, why should you expect replies from the experts, and what is the logic in asking why reservation for a person who is economically good, and agains asking why not creamy layer concept included in the Supreme Court judgment? You have already been informed that only authorised person of the SC can explain for your question on "WHY" for the SC.
If you have any personal grievance with the case of some other person of SC/ST category, you should have filed a case in the SC to get the verdict in your favour on proper justification. Mind it, any reply to your taste by any of the community members to your queries of contradictory nature over these pages would not have any binding effect even to slightest extent over the verdicts of the Supreme Court.

even i am a sc person and ie why i have asked you if u know anything about.i dont have any personal grievance with anybody and regarding the contradictory nature of my ques i have posted the both the query only to know the reasons or explanations given by supreme court regarding upliftment of our community.

I have already requested you to apply to the CPIO of the Supreme Court for the needed information about your "WHY".
Further, I never asked you to which caste you belong, before I replied your original query. I have also not asked you whether you belong to a creemy layer or otherwise. Whatever information, I could give impartially, I gave you as per my knowledge.
About contradictions, your latest query is also contradictory to one of your earlier posted query, In your earlier query, you stated, "if i have asked d question in a academic way dosn't mean that it is not personal problem," BUT now you state, "i dont have any personal grievance with anybody" which clearly indicates that you don't have any personal problem for which you seek some solution. But, contradictions in each of your query makes me sure, you don't even have control over your own language and your present query also confirms my earlier prediction that you don't actually know what actually you want to know and why.
FIRST BE SURE WHAT ACTUALLY YOU WANT TO KNOW AND WHY?
