Dear Sir,
We have Nine flat in a building ,building owner sale reserve parking alongwith with a flat in above the water tank but in the approved plan of building these place shwon as laun. can i challange this deal.

society should not approve the transfer of car parking slot with the flat . draw attention of AGM to said fact that in approved blg plan area shown as lawn

Original sanctioned plan cannot be changed without obtaining further sanction of plan. You can definitely challenge it.
