Dear Sir,
I did not received the last 45 day Salary, and also last 4 months Offshore allowances, So I made the Resigned the Company, & stop to going Office, and not serve the Notice period, Now can Company take any Actions on me,,,?

Did you submit any application for your salary and other allowances? What are the terms and conditions noted in your appointment letter? Did the company pay the salary to other employees? I think absconding is your fault.

Dear Sir,
Yes I asked the my Salary before Leaving the Job,,, 2nd the company paid the Salary of more then 50% peoples of the company, some of us Not paid. and in my appointment Letter is 30 days Notice period is written, for both the Party, and 1 month Salary will pay if Company will remove immediately. I leave my 45 days Salary and 4 Months Offshore Allowances,, Now I am not asking the my any Dues from Company,,, ,,,,
