Resignation from PSB(esp. CANARA BANK)

I am a clerk working in canara bank for 1 year 9 months. I am preparing for Central govt administrative jobs. Psb banks has medical benefits for employees and their families. Now if i take medical benefit for my fathers operation and later i get my desired job. Will there be any problem to resign from canara bank and join the other org.?

your family will be covered for medical cover of the bank as long as you are in service and not thereafter.

No, there will be no problem but the amount taken on loan will be adjusted with your terminal benefits.

The policy is effective till your LWD and shall be terminated on LWD.

As per policy terms entitlement is upto LWD.

I agree with expert Mr. Kumar Doab as well as Mr. Sudhir Kumar, the facility is available till your last working day, however, the management may delay in sanctioning with a view to curtail its (Bank's)expenses.
