Resubmission of evidence by pp in 498a

Dear sir

In my 498a case examination of all the accused completed and arguments yet to start.

at this stage PP trying to re-submit evidence in the form of attested copies of demand draft which was previously not accepted by the previous Judge.

I wish to know whether PP can still submit his evidence after cross exam of accused and before the start of arguments.

Yes, he can submit evidence.

Yes, but you can object to the same. It is the descrition of the court thereafter.
