Retail invoice without tin .no

hello sir.if a shopkeeper mentioned his all details including his name ,shop name and address except TIN no in his retail invoice.and on the top of the invoice it is printed ESTIMATED BILL.then is there any problem to it.

yes it means only estimate , if any defect of your purchased item then you can't claim compensation , it means it is not authenticated proof of transaction.
so ask them to give invoice with tin number and invoice no and all

This is not proper bill and you should avoid this type of bill since these are unaccounted bills and simply no bill or say farzi bill.
