Q. Is ther any retirement age mentioned under Delhi Shops & Establishment Act and Factory act, If yes, Pls. refer the clause or notiication no.

The said enactment does not dictate about retirement age.

yes, no retirement age is prescribed in any shop and commercial establishment act in any state. but there are several judgments which clearly indicate that no employer can be force to retain an employee beyond the age of 60 years.
