I had booked a flat in noida and depopsited registration fees of rs.one lakh.there is clause in contract which says full refund shall be provided upon withdrwal from scheme.I withdrew from scheme and asked for refund .they r not responding.what is the remedy?

What are the proofs that you got for proving:
(i) That you deposited registration fee - did you deposit by way of cheque or what?
(ii)Have you in your possession a written contact duly signed by the parties?
(iii) When you say I withdrew from the Scheme - how did you do it. Did you send any registered letter or have you got any acknowledgement from the other party about your letter intimating withdrawal from the scheme?
(iv) You say you asked for refund, did you ask in writing or orally?
(v) When did you deposit the money?

if you have made payment by cheque , contract prvides for refund , issue legal notice and ask for refund . if inspite of legal notice builder fails to make payment file a summray suit under order XXXVII of CPC
