respected sir/madam,
the last date for revaluation of result was 8/7/2013, one of my friend has not filled revaluation form of university due to some money problems and she was in her state at that time. now university is not accepting her application.
Is there any legal way? bcoz her full year will be waste.
please help

You have to submit application before the vice chancellor of the particular university, bringing about the reasons of the delay. There is every possibility that they may condone the delay. Be fast.

Revaluation is a immediate remedy to the aggrieved. If somebody does not act in time, the University will not condone the delay normally, as they have to deal with huge number, they will not go back and look into the matters. However, make a trial as advised by Mr.Ravinder.
