Revenge for Falsely accusing me of Rape.

Sir I was falsely accused by me Ex Girlfriend of raping her which I never did. I got bail from court and am confident will soon be aquited but now I want to ensure she is in jail for false case against me. What are the legal Methods?? Please help me. Also I want to initiate action against against lady cop who arrested me on simple allegations from her side.
I want to give both my ex and lody cop strictest of strict punishments for destroying my life and harrasing me.

Let you first be acquitted. unless and until you are acquitted of the charge you can not file any case of false charge against her.

Thank u for you all for replying.
But she purposely filed Rape case against me. And How come the Cops blindly come and arrest me just on her foolish allegations. She said I raped her at a lodge in Nagpur. I had never went to Nagpur in my life then how can I rape her. Thats what I proved to cops about my location. She crushed my reputation
Its her time now to be behind bars.
How do I pur her behind bars???
There must be some punishments for filing false case in Courts.

As advised by experts you may have to wait until you are acquitted and then plan to initiate proper legal actions.

but sir how come Police come and arrest me simply on some allegations by her without any solid proofs against Me.
Isn't that misuse of arrest powers by police.??
Can I sue the investigation officer??
I had a talk withy lawyer he has assured me that she will be in trouble once I get aquited as every1 said.
Plz let me know what all IPC sections are available to me for throwing her into jail.

Mr. Sarath,
Regret to inform you that you should not expect the reply from the experts in your desired form to solve your academic problem. Even repetation of the sentence, "how come Police come and arrest me simply on some allegations by her without any solid proofs against Me or asking for "what all IPC sections are available to me for throwing her into jail" cannot evoke undue response from the experts. Moreso, they are here to solve legal problems, not to get harmed to any party by their advice, as your question on asking for IPC sections to take revenge is not your legal problem, but vindicates your attitude to harm the other party or to solve your academic query.
Naturally, even if that be your own problem, when you have said, "had a talk with lawyer he has assured me that she will be in trouble once I get aquited as every1 said, the question arises, why did not you ask about all such sections, which you are asking from the experts here.
More so, when Shri Devajyoti Barman has already advised you,"let you first be acquitted. unless and until you are acquitted of the charge you can not file any case of false charge against her, your query asking for all IPC sections to help you throw her in to jail is quite premature and hints towards your academic requirement.
So, your own description makes it amply clear that it is just a hypothetical academic case, not your real problem.
Better don't try to hoodwink the community members. You cannot expect the experts to help revenge takers.

Respected PS Dhingra sir, how did you assume that I wouldn't have asked my lawyer about it?? I have already asked the legal course for it and he has explained it clearly what I can do? I didn't mention it here thats it as i wanted everyones suggestions but his answer was the same first to get aquited. I know I haven't done anything wrong hence losing my patience.

Where is the question of assuming, when you say that you had a talk with your lawyer who has assured youme that she will be in trouble once you get aquitted as every1 said and now you admit also that you didn't mention it here when he explained clearly what you can do?
The question arises, if you can mention, "I had a talk with lawyer he has assured me that she will be in trouble once I get aquited as every1 said," why you could not mention that you checked with your lawyer about the sections and he gave the list of IPC sections. Even now not mentioning what sections were suggested by your own lawyer gives a clear hint that you are trying to save your face when flaw of your query has been pointed out.
Further, when you say, "i wanted everyones suggestions" that can only be on four counts:
1) To solve your academic query, as your question was quite premature, when you are expected to struggle with your own defence against your so called false accusation of rape; OR
2) You don't have faith in your own lawyer: OR
3) Your lawyer has not suggested the desired sections of IPC and you are simply trying to find lame excuse, otherwise, you could now have mentioned the said sections to get the opinion of experts on your lawyer's suggestion; OR
4) You have treated the experts as examinees/students to take your test.
If you failed to explain your case properly, that is your problem. In any case, now it can be assumed nothing, except a lame excuse on your part.

If you have faith in your lawyer, do first things first think for something else only after seeing the nature of result. Any premature plan can't work.
