sir ,
one of my friend want to establish one software company in bangalore , can anybody please give me the registration proceedures and under which act he should take registraion , eg , shop and commercial adtablishment act a, and comapnies act , or any other act
is the any ohter licence or registration required for software comapny
please infrom ,this is little urgent

it will deponent on nature of establishment.it can be registered as company, society or partnership firm or sole proprietor firm in case, the establishment is run and managed by an individual person as sole proprietor, the same can be registered under Shop and Commercial Act.

He needs to register his firm under the Profession Tax Act also. Need to obtain PAN from Income Tax Department

there is only two member in that firm , they want to do this proprietorship firm . in Bangalore where should i take registration , this is software development firm, should i take registration under shops act or any other is there ,

Need not to register it as firm or company, but need to register for taxes (Income, Service, Sales)
If you sell soft ware, u attract sales tax (VAT)
