Sir, I want to tell that at the time of execution of will my grandfather mental sitiuation is not well. In this case we have right or not?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 20 July 2015
You have seemingly been advised to contest the WILL.

The court shall decide the matter.

If the WILL was registered there may not cloud on authenticity.

Decision by court of law is based on evidence and is pleasure of court of law.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 21 July 2015
The will is registered and thus scope of challenge have limited, however, if you have enough proofs of mental situation, you can proceed.
