Right Issue of shares

Suppose the market price of shares is 1500/- , can we issue right share at the par price that is 10/-

Is there Is any limit on the maximum difference between the market price an d right issue price if shares ??

It seems your corporate office is being run without a Company Secretary, Secretarial Staff and Chartered Accountants also that you have been compelled to take free advice. Not only that, your company seems to earn huge profits by taking charitable advice to run the corporate office.

Allotment of share is the prerogative of the board by taking into account the market capitalization. CA forum may be a better option for you if you can not engage a professional. Free advise without basic facts may not be the right advise.
