If a person lost his right before court due to negligence of his advocate finally and he knows that the case was malpresented.

Can he reagitate the issue on different grounds which were ignored by court and advocate?

Hi,
file a review in that court and change ur lawyer. if the cause of action is different u can file an another suit but on left claims which you have not raised in previous litigation can be raised in new suit.

If cause of action is same you can not deviate from your earlier stands / pleadings.
