Could you please elaborate on how to get the "Right of Admission Reserved".
is it like..
1. apply for a patent thru lawyer
2. apply for ROAR thru lawyer.
1. Will it be completely handled by a lawyer?
2. Do I have to follow up with other govt. offices?
Thanks and Regards,
Kiran

Sorry Friend Deva, when you are running a hotel, you make the offer and when the offer is accepted where the acceptor enters the hotel will it not amount to breach of a rightly concluded contract?

It is for the owner of the hotel to restrict entry by displaying a sign board that Right of Admission is reserved. No licensing or leave is necessary for this from anybody..

I agree with Mr.Subramanian. Normaly this condition is imposed to restrict, unwanted antisocial elements entering inside the hotel. But, it is practically not possible to restrict the admission.
Some hotels are enrolling membership and right of admission is restricted to their members only.

When u r running a hotel, every person can come to ur hotel.
Do u want some persons shall not enter into ur hotel.
On what basis u will classify the person who can enter ans who shall not enter?

It is implied that you have right of admissions reserved.

As opined by our learned friend Mr.Arunagiri, unless membership system is in place, such restrictions cannot be imposed against general public. There is no role for patents' law here.

Dear Mr.Kiran,
Is ur question answered?
Or do u want to ask the question with some other meaning?

Thank you all.
I have mixed feelings about the authority to put "Right of admission Reserved" tag at my hotel.
As you all have indicated, I do not need any permisssion for puttting such tag.
However, some say that if only there is a certain membership,... I can put it.
Please confirm, if putting such board/tag does not require any permission from any department.
Also, please let me know.. this issue comes under which part of the Indian Law.
Thanks and Regards,
Kiran.
