My father , BEING KARTA OF HUF died in the year 2000. My name is in the lease deed and the property holds as HUF.
Partition deed was not executed properly. No stamp duty paid.
After the ammendment.. i have a right in HUF property or not?
My brothers have the possession in the property. I have been granted stay and injunction, can they give on rent...
Brothers have let out the property, without Hon.. court permission.

Yes you have eual share and f your brothers have let out the suit property violating the court's order then you could either ask for implementation of order through court or file a case for contempt of court's order.

You can ask the tenants to deposit the rents in court directly. Tenants can also be impleaded in the suit. You can seek appointment of a receiver to take posession of the property for adminstration.

Injunction or stay may for sale , there can not be any such order for giving property on rent.
Morever the laws relating to HUF are legal fiction in the words of SC so defficult to prove factual conditions.
There are possibilities and possibilities to show transections which may not show HUF status and since those who are in possession have records to you can not do much.
